“Chris has successfully delivered several major brief assignments both
domestically and internationally, always operating at a high level and
frequently doing additional work to ensure the best results for both
Getty Images and our clients. Chris is enthusiastic and highly
responsive, always bringing a positive attitude to his work. A stand-
out moment for Chris in 2022 was the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023
Final Draw assignment in Auckland, where he successfully led a team
of photographers to deliver a complex, multi-day brief for FIFA,
working directly with the client onsite. Chris is also responsible for
bringing in new business, with clients often requesting him
specifically for their needs.
We note that Chris consistently puts the customer at the heart of
everything he does. He has gone above and beyond on many
occasions to ensure we deliver on our commitments and commercial
goals, and for these reasons we feel he is a deserving winner of
Assignment Photographer of the Year 2022.”
