“When a photographer dedicates years to a specific photographic theme, it can generally lead to two outcomes: repetition of imagery or the most brilliant body of work in a sport. Adam has once again achieved the latter with a set produced at the Fukuoka 2023 World Aquatics Championships. I would say that Adam masters every discipline of water sports photography like few others. Underwater photography, the understanding of colour and speed, the design of architecture, or the elegance of the human body. Adam’s set is not about the moment of victory or defeat. He uses water, athletes, and the dynamics of the sport more as a means of expression for the often artistic approach in his work.”
